I LIVE TO CREATE - print media solutions

Artist

I refer to myself as a graphic designer by day and creative machine by night. Many of my best ideas come at an ungodly hour. My father used to tell me that "nothing good happens after midnight," I now respectfully disagree.

My desire to create started at the University of Texas at Austin at the College of Communications in the Photojournalism department. During college, my interest in design sparked when I took an introductory graphic design class, then followed it up with a challenging graduate level design course. For five years now, I've worked on a myriad of design projects -- an artist using a computer as my paintbrush.

During and after college, my graphic art talent landed me a position with a non-profit organization, where I worked for approximately three years creating culturally relevant print marketing materials. I continued to sharpen my design skills under the mentorship of a well-established and successful Austin-based graphic designer -- to which I woe most of my training.

In 2004, is et my sights on establishing myself as an independent entity. I acquired a Powerbook G4, Adobe Creative Suite, and a DBA for I LIVE TO CREATE. It had always been my ultimate dream to begin my own business, and now it is indeed a creative reality.

Ads logos, t-shirts, brochures, banners, DVD covers and even historical parks, you name it, I do it. For appealing creative solutions, please contact Michelle Davis: .
